Proper use
Warning
The appliance is not suitable for vacuuming
dust which endangers health.
The Kärcher dry vacuum cleaner is the
basic vacuum cleaner that is to be
used.
The electric suction brush is used for
cleaning carpeted floors.
This appliance is suited for the commer-
cial use, e.g. in hotels, schools, hospi-
tals, factories, shops, offices, and rental
companies.

Do not startup the machine if the inlet is
damaged or the housing shows visible
signs of damage.
Pull out the mains plug before doing
any maintenance or cleaning jobs.
Never pull the mains plug from the
socket at the inlet end.
Never drive over the inlet of the vacuum
cleaner.
Never touch the rotating brush with your
fingers.
If the inlet is defective, please contact
Customer Service or an authorised
workshop and get the entire inlet re-
placed.
