Important: X will reflect the Zone being tested.
1. Turn on oscilloscopes and set time-base to display 100hz sine waves.
Oscilloscope #1 is viewing Line Level signals.
Oscilloscope #2 is viewing Speaker Level signals.
Set the Fixed/Variable Switch on the MCA-C3 to "Variable" on Zone 1 & 2.
Switch is located on the Rear Panel near the speaker connectors.
2. Press the space bar at the "Bass Zone (x)" dialog.
MDK-C5 Keypad Zone (x) will illuminate and display "One".
The RCK will display Zone (x) Source 1.
3. A 4 channel oscilloscope is used here, you can use 2 Dual Trace O-scopes.
A/V L and R are the Line Out Zone signals. (CH0 and CH1)
SPKR L and R are the Speaker Zone signals. (CH2 and CH3)
The Oscilloscope will display 100 Hz sine waves Right and Left Channels
From the Line Level Out Zone (x) and Speaker Out Zone (x)
Bass will display at volume level left picture for a second then
Bass will display at volume level right picture, approximately 2V P-to-P.
