Outdoor PCB is faulty, Service valve is closed, EEV is faulty, Compressor faulty.
DXC09, 12 : 1.703Ω (U-V, V-W, U-W) or more at 20ºC
DXC18 : 1.417Ω (U-V), 1.392Ω (V-W), 1.435Ω (U-W) or more at 20ºC
