(b) Reassembly
Conduct reassembly by following the procedure below.
• Mount the Ribbon Spring [90] on Nail Feeder (B) [91], and then drive the Roll Pin D3 x 16 [89].
Mount Nail Feeder (A) [92] and Stopper Spring (C) [93] on Nail Feeder (B) [91], and then drive
the Roll Pin D2.5 x 26 [98].
Do not allow the ends of the Roll Pin D2.5 x 26 [98] and Roll Pin D3 x 16 [89] to protrude from
Nail Feeder (B) [91].
• Apply grease (ATTOLUB No.2) between the Ribbon Spring [90] and Nail Feeder (B) [91].
• lnsert the Prism [94] into the Magazine Cover [86].
Secure the Controller [95] with Internal Wire (A) [60A] onto the Magazine Cover [86] by
tightening the Tapping Screw (W/Flange) D4 x 12 (Black) [96].
• Secure Pushing Stopper (B) [100], the Pushing Stopper Spring [101], and Pushing Stopper
Cover (B) [102] onto the Magazine [99] by tightening the Tapping Screw (W/Flange) D3 x 10
(Black) [103].
• Assemble the Nail Rail [97], Magazine [99], and Magazine Cover [86] together by tightening
the Machine Screw M5 x 15 (Black) [88].
• Catch the hook of the Ribbon Spring [90] onto the rib of the Magazine Cover [86], and then set
the nail feeder on the Nail Rail [97].
