(b) Reassembly
• Fit Gasket [15] into the groove of the Chamber Head [14] and mount it on the Chamber [16].
Do not allow the Gasket [15] to protrude from the groove. Therefore, carefully ensure the
proper mounting direction of the Gasket [15]. (Fig. 37)
• Set the Rubber Plate [12] into the groove of the Chamber Head [14] while pulling the Plate.
(5) Disassembly and reassembly of the pushing lever arm ass'y
[Tools required]
• Spanner (8 mm) or slender hd. pliers x 2
• Flat-blade head screwdriver with small tip
(a) Disassembly
• Use the small flat-blade screwdriver to remove the
Ratchet Spring [81] from the Adjuster [80], while
being very careful not to lose the springs. The
Adjuster [80] can now be removed from the
Pushing Lever Piece [78A].
• Use the spanner (8 mm) or slender hd. pliers to
remove the Pushing Lever Piece [78A].
(b) Reassembly
• Conduct reassembly by reversing the disassembly
procedure. After reassembly, confirm that the
Adjuster [80] moves smoothly.
