SYMPTOM
Motor does not start.
Motorhums, but no suction.
Motor stops automatically.
Poor suction.
Dust or smoke coming out of outlet
grid.
Vibrations in the machine.
If for any reason you do not understand the test procedures or are unable to perform the tests/repairs safely, contact your
Local Lincoln Authorized Field Service Facility for technical troubleshooting assistance before you proceed.

TROUbLESHOOTING

Observe all Safety Guidelines detailed througout this manual
PRObLEM
No input power.
Input cord damaged.
Loose contacts.
Starter/overload switch damaged or
defective.
Motor damaged or defective.
Motor capacitor defective or not
connected.
Motor overload protection activated.
Motor defective or damaged.
Leakage.
Outlet grid blocked.
Air path in arm blocked.
Filter blocked (check Maintenance
Indicator).
Spark arrester blocked.
Blower fan blocked.
Fan seal damaged.
Filter damaged, or not seated cor-
rectly.
Imbalance in the fan.
MObIFLEX 200-M
Verify 115VAC/60Hz, 1ph input power.
Check the integrity of the input cord.
Check the contacts.
Repair or replace the starter/overload
switch in the control panel.
Repair or replace the motor.
Reconnect or replace the motor capaci-
tor.
Let the machine cool down for a few
minutes. Adjust Starter/Overload to 10A.
Repair or replace the motor.
Check hose connections and integrity
Remove obstructions from outlet grid.
Remove obstructions from arm.
Replace filter if necessary.
Clean the spark arrester.
Clean excess fume or spatter from fan.
Check or replace sealing material of fan.
Replace the filter or reseat it.
Clean excess dirt from fan.
