6.1 Setting the drive ratio

The machine is equipped with a 2-step pulley, which can be used to adjust
the drive ratio between the drive motor and the machine, and increase the
penetration force of the needle.
In order to change the ratio, the drive belt must be removed and the pulley
changed to the opposite position. The drive belt is then refitted and
tensioned.

Setting steps
1. Loosen the screws (4) on the belt tensioner (3).
2. Rotate the tensioning roller (2) and belt tensioner (3).
