During playback, you may

stop playback of a track using the "TUNE UP/

resume playback of a stopped track using the "

SKIP/PRESET " buttons (12).

display the playlist by pressing the "BROWSE/TUNE DOWN" but-
ton (10) and, if desired, select a different track for playback using
the control knob "SCROLL/ENTER" (3).

delete a track from the displayed playlist by pressing "TUNE UP/
" (11) for two seconds and selecting "yes" when "Delete track"
appears on the display.

delete all tracks from the playlist; go back in the menu till you
reach "Media Player" using the "BACK" button (18). There, select
the menu item "Empty playlist".

Set random playback or repeat function. Either press the "MODE"
button (20) and select one or more of the options displayed, or go
back in the menu to "Media Player" using the "BACK" button (18).
There, select the menu item "Playback options".
Sharing files in Windows
Setup of the PC
In order for the IR 4430 to play back audio files from the network,
these files have to be located within a shared directory with write
permission access. Set the sharing and the write permission for the
directory in Windows Explorer; after right-clicking the directory name,
adjust the properties accordingly.
NOTE
►
You may certainly create and share several directories containing
media files.
Playback of audio files

Select the menu item "Media Player" followed by "Share" using
the control knob "SCROLL/ENTER" (3) on the IR 4430. Then select
"Search for PCs"; the message "Search for PCs" will appear, fol-
lowed by a list of the names of all PCs found.

Select the PC with the shared directory of media files. The message
"Search for directories" will be displayed shortly, followed by a list
of all shared directories.

Select the desired directory; the messages "Establishing connec-
tion" and "File search" will appear on the display.
