NEAXMAIL AD-64 USER GUIDE
You can host special clients, contacts, friends, or family on
NEAXMail AD-64 by asking your system manager to add
them as your guests.
Your guests can call NEAXMail AD-64, then enter a per-
sonal ID. Your guests can then leave messages directly in
your mailbox without first dialing your extension.
Your system manager sets up a recorded name,
personal ID, language, and message notification for a
guest. Guests cannot change their recorded name or notifi-
cation options by phone.
You leave a message for a guest by name or by personal ID.
To leave a message for you, your guest calls NEAXMail
AD-64 then enters a personal ID. NEAXMail AD-64 greets
the guest by name, then offers to record the guest's mes-
sage.
If your guest wants to leave a message for another sub-
scriber or try an extension, the guest must do so as an out-
side caller.
