Voice control (optional)

1. You activate voice control by tapping on the voice
control symbol. You will then hear an (optional) audi-
ble signal and you can start voice entry.
Note: The voice control system frequently provides
you with lists of possible alternatives. You can navi-
gate lists with the aid of the following commands: "up"
and "down". The lists are numbered. An entry can be
selected from the list by saying the number (1-6) of
the desired entry.
2. After the first beep, utter the command Address.
You will then be asked by the navigation device to
specify a town or city. Wait for the beep again. You
are shown a list of possible alternatives. You select
the destination town/city you want by specifying the
relevant number (1-6).
Note: Place and street names must be entered in
the language of the respective destination country.
For example, you have to say the command "Nice"
(pronounced niece) if you wish to travel to "Nice" in
France.
3. You are asked to specify a street name. Another
beep will sound. A list of possible alternatives is shown.
Specify the number (1-6) of the street you want.
4. After another beep, you can enter the house number.
The route will be calculated automatically. Finally, give
the command "Navigation". Navigation starts and the
voice control application is shut down.
Important: Before you can start voice entry, you must
always first wait for the beep.

Exit the voice control application by:
- Tapping on the voice control symbol again
- Tapping on the screen
- Switching to navigation
- When you receive a call via Bluetooth®
- When you make an incorrect entry repeatedly
