Draining the heating circuit
It may be necessary to drain the boiler if the radiators have to be
replaced in the event of significant leakage or danger of frost.
- Open the valves on all radiators connected to the heating system.
- Set the room thermostat to as low a temperature as possible.
- Switch the boiler off.
- The radiators are cold.

- Connect a hose and open the drainage valve at the lowest point of
the installation.
The water may still be hot.
- Open the bleed connection using the bleed key provided whilst
keeping a rag pressed against the connection. If water continues
to escape, close the connection and try again later.
- Open the valves on all radiators connected to the heating system.
