Counter presser lifting stroke

Requirement
With the needle bar at 0.6 past BDC (hole 3),
1. the counter presser should be in its top point of reversal and
2. the cutout of eccentric 1 should be positioned more or less vertically below the center
of the axle.

Position the needle bar at 0.6 past BDC.
Turn eccentric 1 (screw 2) according to the requirement.
