Convection: An element around the convection fan provides an additional source of
heat for convection style cooking. In convection mode the fan automatically comes
on to improve air circulation within the oven and creates an even heat for cooking.

To cook more slowly or simmer, turn the control to a lower setting according to the
size of the saucepan and the amount of liquid. The two small Hotplates are special
