Adjusting the steering
(fig. 19)
For a safe riding , the steering has to be so adju-
sted as to allow a free movement of the hand-
lebar but without excessive play.
To correctly adjust it operate as follows ;
• slacken the steeri ng head fixing bolt " A»;
• screw in or out the adjuster nut "C» to take
up excessive play.
This done , lock nut ,, 8 » and steering head fixing
bolt " A ».
It is recommended to have this operation carried
out by our dealers .
