service professional. The appliance may NOT work or in a few cases will function but NOT fully as designed. Contact a
Dometic Corporation authorized service representative to repair the appliance.
Description
Water fill time exceeds 5
minutes.
There is excessive water
left in the unit during unit
standby or end of cycle.
The water level in the drum
exceeds the designed level.
In three minutes, the water
level doesn't drain with
pump started.
Door won't lock in three
tries.
Door won't unlock in three
tries.
Button stuck.
Appliance Action
Unit will close valves and
stop.
Unit will start pump with
door locked, valve closed,
and motor stopped.
Unit will start pump with
door locked, valve closed,
and motor stopped.
Unit will pause with pump
stopped, door unlocked if
water level is low enough.
Unit will stop.
Unit will stop.
No function.

User Corrections
Tap is not open. Check inlet
hose and filters.
Check outlet hose and
pump filter.
Check outlet hose and
pump filter.
Check outlet hose and
pump filter.
Check for blockage. Ensure
door is closed.
Continue original cycle to
completion. Allow appliance
to cool. Run a spin cycle.
Check the buttons.
