You may not be able to receive BBC Radio 4 on the Roberts Stream217 for several reasons:
1. The station may not be broadcasting at the time. 2. The radio station may have limited connection capacity or be unable to accommodate more connections. 3. The broadcaster may restrict access to specific countries or regions. 4. There may be local or remote network congestion affecting the connection. 5. The station may be using an audio format not supported by the radio. 6. The station may have stopped broadcasting or the database may be outdated. 7. Firewall, router settings, or security software may be blocking required functions like UPnP or multicast packets.
Try checking the station on a PC to verify if the issue is with the station or the radio.
