Connector board
Description
Connector board (includes cable, SD Card Reader slot, and double-sided adhesive)
Before removing the connector board, follow these steps:
1.
Turn off the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the
computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2.
Disconnect the power from the computer by unplugging the power cord from the computer.
3.
Disconnect all external devices from the computer.

Remove the keyboard/top cover (see
Remove the connector board:
1.
Release the ZIF connector (1) to which the connector board cable is attached, and then disconnect the
connector board cable from the system board.
2.
Remove the two Philllips PM1.9×3.3 screws (2) that secure the connector board to the base enclosure.
3.
Remove the connector board (3) and cable.
Reverse this procedure to install the connector board.
