(7.2) PERMANENTLY MOUNTING THE MITRE SAW To reduce the risk of injury from unexpected saw movement, place the saw in the desired location either on a workbench or other suitable machine stand.

  • Page 19 www.evolutionpowertools.com (8.1) OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Caution: The Mitre Saw should be inspected (particularly for the correct functioning of the safety guards) before each use. Do not connect the saw to the power supply until a safety inspection has been carried out. Ensure that the operator is adequately trained in the use, adjustment and maintenance of the machine, before connecting to the power supply and operating the saw.

It is positioned inside the Cutting HANDLE. • Press the switch to start the motor. • Release the switch to turn off the motor. CHOP CUTTING This type of cut is used mainly for cutting small or narrow section material.

A mitre angle protractor scale is incorporated into the rotary table to aid setting. • Tighten the Mitre Locking Screw when the desired angle is achieved.

Sta aan één kant zodat uw gezicht en lichaam zich buiten de zaaglijn bevinden bij mogelijke terugslag. Vrij met de hand zagen is één van de meest voorkomende oorzaken voor ongelukken en mag niet geprobeerd worden.
  • Page 144 www.evolutionpowertools.com DE AAN/UIT-SCHAKELAAR VAN DE MOTOR (Afb. 16) De AAN/UIT-trekkerschakelaar van de motor vergrendelt zichzelf niet. Het bevindt zich in het ZAAGHANDVAT. • Druk de schakelaar in om de motor te starten. • Laat de schakelaar los om de motor uit te zetten. HAKZAGEN Dit type snede wordt voornamelijk gebruikt voor het zagen van kleine of smalle gedeeltes materiaal.
  • Page 145 www.evolutionpowertools.com • Maak de vergrendelschroef van de verstekhoek los (Afb. 19) door deze tegen de klok in te draaien. • Draai de draaiende tafel naar de gewenste hoek. Er bevindt zich een gradenboog van de verstekhoek in de draaitafel om het instellen makkelijker te maken.
  • Page 146 www.evolutionpowertools.com Wanneer het zagen is voltooid: • Laat de AAN/UIT-trekkerschakelaar los, maar houd uw handen in positie en wacht totdat het zaagblad volledig gestopt is. • Laat de zaagkop naar zijn bovenste positie terugkeren, met de onderste beschermkap volledig op zijn plaats, voordat u uw hand(en) verwijdert.
