ENGINE REMOVAL/INSPECTION
● Loosen rear cushion under bolt.
● Fix the jar-key for the motorcycles to under the
vehicle.
● Loosen the flange bolt securing the engine hanger
and remove the engine from the frame.
ASSEMBLY
● Install in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE
•Take precaution not to damage wiring and cable.
•Take precaution not to damage the threaded part of
bolts.
•Arrange the cable, tubes and wiring in the right
positions
TORQUE : ENGINE HANGER NUT : 4.5 kgf·m
● Check the following after the engine is installed.
- Engine oil leakage.
- Inspection of throttle cable operation.
