PASSPORT SIGNALING

Selective Call and Call Alert are available in
the HT1250•LS+ radio using the PassPort
protocol. As such, no third party can hear the
conversation of two users engaged in a
Selective Call. Selective Call and Call Alert are
mutually exclusive. If one of the users is
engaged in a Selective Call or Call Alert while
roaming to a different site, the Selective Call or
Call Alert will end.
