2. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following: Read all instructions before using the treadmill. DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock: Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.
3. GROUNDING INSTRUCTION This product must be grounded. If it should be malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
5. ASSEMBLY STEPS Two people are required to finish the assembly steps. (Please pay attention to follow assembly procedure , to avoid injury.) 1. Put up left and right Uprights and tighten with Allen Bolt (b) (a). 2. Put Computer Console (A) on the Upright and connect Control Wires between Handrail and Upright.

CAUTION Note: The cylinder contains high-pressure, please avoid contact with any objects. Note: If the cylinder were damaged, the frame would not be stable and may cause serious danger during folding up process. This treadmill is foldable. All operation should be stopped when folding (include stopping walking belt, disconnecting power cord), then fold up treadmill as shown on the drawing.
6. Maintenance 1. If the Walking Belt tracks off center to the right or left of the deck, first turn the power off. Then use a 6mm wrench (f) to tighten the rear roller bolt on the side of the treadmill toward which the belt is moving. For example, if the belt moves to the left and the deck becomes exposed on the right, tighten the bolt on the left side of the frame.
7. COMPUTER OPERATION INSTRUCTION General Operation: Turn on the treadmill. Put the safety key in the recess of the console. The beeper will sound and the windows will display 00:00 which presents the treadmill has been under START/READY position, under this situation, user can hold the grip pulse sensor to detect heart rate value directly.

Press to start. The treadmill will run at the speed of 1.0 km/hr. At this time, press “ ” to increase/decrease the speed or press “ ” control incline angle. When press , the treadmill will stop.(Press once and Time Window will display the image of STOP. All the numbers will stop changing.

Under START/READY position, press and right Speed window will blink. At this time, it enters selection mode of function. Under this mode, press , to switch the function of P1~P6. P1~P6 Program Control Function (each PROGRAM has 12 sections.) 2.1When Speed window blinks, press , to select P1~P6.
