• Ensure the Bluetooth
ShutterBoss has the correct
batteries installed and are
properly oriented.
• Ensure the batteries have a
full charge. Do not mix fresh
and used batteries.
• On the settings menu of your
Apple iOS device, check that
Bluetooth is turned on.

• Ensure you are using the
correct cable between your
camera and the Bluetooth
ShutterBoss.
• When attempting to transmit
data from your Apple iOS
device to the Bluetooth
ShutterBoss, make sure they
are within the maximum
range of 33 feet (10 meters).
• If you encounter an "invalid
setting" error, ensure that
your schedule and trigger
settings are set to a time in
the future.
• Check that the cable is fully
inserted into the appropriate
ports on your camera and the
device.
