Replacing the headband paddings

For reasons of hygiene, you should replace the headband paddings
annually.
Pull the Ziploc type fastening strips of the old headband paddings
apart. If necessary, use a pointed tool.
Put the new headband paddings around the headbands.
Attach the new headband paddings by joining the fastenings
strips.
