    1-) DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE It is important that you should read this manual for best performance and to extend the life of your appliance. We recommend you to keep this manual for future reference. Your new cooktop is guaranteed and will give lasting service. This guarantee is only applicable if the appliance has been installed and operated in accordance with the operating and installation instructions detailed in this manual.

    2-) SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY BEFORE USING YOUR APPLIANCE, AND KEEP IT IN A CONVENIENT PLACE FOR REFERENCE WHEN NECESSARY. General Safety Warnings - The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervised or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a responsible person for their safely.

Use flat based, stable, inductive cooking rated cooking vessels only. - WARNING: If the surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid the possibility of electric shock.

    3-) INSTALLATION The electrical connection of this cooktop should be carried out by an authorised service personal or a qualified electrician, according to the instructions in this guide and in compliance with the current regulations. · Before connecting your appliance to the mains at home, make sure to check the conformity of voltage settings, which are specified on the information sticker attached to the appliance and/or packaking, with the usage conditions available.

    6-) CLEANING AND CARE Cookware with rough bottoms should not be used since these can scratch the glass ceramic surface. The bottom of the cookware should be as thick and flat as possible. Before use, make sure that cookware bottoms are clean and dry. Always place the cookware on the cooking zone before it is switched on.
