Massage programs and selections
3. At the Sub-menu screen, the Strength icon [ ]
will illuminate for your adjustment.
4. Press [OK] to proceed to the next screen.
5. Use the 4-way directional buttons to select your
desired massage area and intensity level. Press
[OK] to confirm your selection.
Note: The screen will automatically return to the
Sub-menu when no selection is made.
6. The screen will return to the Sub-menu where the
Function icon [
] will illuminate for your selection.

Preparation before use

Caution
Remove your shoes when using
the chair.
Do not stand on the footrest unit when it
is elevated.
ALWAYS retract the footrest unit to its
original position after use.
Always check to ensure that there are no
holes or tears on the backrest pad. Stop
using the uDivine immediately if you find
even the slightest tear. Unplug the
uDivine and contact Brookstone
Customer Service.
Upright position
Press and hold the Upright button
[ ] to return the backrest rollers/
backrest/footrest to their default
position.
Caution
Do not sit on the chair with the footrest
raised. Any sudden heavy weight on
the footrest could cause damage to the
mechanism, accident and injury if the
chair tips over.
Ensure that the backrest returns to its
most upright position before sitting on
the chair, and reclining it according to
your preference.
Do not place fingers or objects in the
gap between the seat and the backrest/
footrest.
Ensure that there is no obstruction when
adjusting the angle of the backrest/
footrest.
Safety release function
In the event of a power failure
• Slide the cover open for safety release
knob on the footrest.
• Push and turn the safety release knob
clockwise approximately 30 times to
widen the kneading discs.

• Turn your feet sideways, then lift your
knees to ease legs from the footrest.
