Current ALC Adjustment

 Connect the 50-Ohm Dummy Load and Watt-
meter to the "ANT 1" jack.
 Press and hold in the [1.8(1)], [3.5(2)], and [7(3)]
keys, while turning the radio on, to enter the
alignment mode.
 Rotate the Main Tuning Dial knob to select the
alignment parameter "9-01 I-ALC1.8" for the 1.8
MHz amateur band's ALC Adjustment.
 P r e s s t h e P T T b u t t o n , t h e n a d j u s t t h e
[CLAR(VFO-B)] knob for 110 W on the Wattme-
ter.
 R e l e a s e t h e P T T b u t t o n , t h e n r o t a t e t h e
[CLAR(VFO-B)] knob so that the frequency in-
dication "10" in-crease.
 Rotate the Main Tuning Dial knob to select the
alignment parameter "9-02 I-ALC3.5" for the 3.5
MHz amateur band's ALC Adjustment.

[CLAR(VFO-B)] knob for 110 W on the Wattme-
ter.
 R e l e a s e t h e P T T b u t t o n , t h e n r o t a t e t h e
[CLAR(VFO-B)] knob so that the frequency in-
dication "10" in-crease.
 Rotate the Main Tuning Dial knob to select the
alignment parameter "9-03 I-ALC7" for the 7
MHz amateur band's ALC Adjustment.

[CLAR(VFO-B)] knob for 110 W on the Wattme-
ter.

MHz amateur band's ALC Adjustment.

 Press and hold in the [MENU] button for one
second to save the new setting and exit the
alignment mode.
