Front-Panel Lights and Error Conditions

Light Turns Off During Startup If
Power The digital voice modem is not properly plugged
into the power outlet
Battery AC power is not present.
DS The receive channel cannot be acquired
(Receive)
US The send channel cannot be acquired
(Send)
Online IP registration is unsuccessful
Tel 1 or If the Tel light fails to flash during startup,
Tel 2 telephone line configuration has failed.
If a telephone line is properly connected and the Tel 1 or Tel 2 light remains off, the line has not been set up for
service. Contact your service provider.

Installation Troubleshooting
Turns Off During Normal Operation If
The digital voice modem is unplugged or is in standby
mode.
AC power is not present.
The receive channel is lost
The send channel is lost
The IP registration is lost
Connected during a phone call and does not blink,
telephone connection is lost.
