Front-Panel Lights and Error Conditions

Light Turns Off During Startup If
Power The VoIP cable modem is not properly
plugged into the power outlet
DS The receive channel cannot be acquired
(Receive)
US The send channel cannot be acquired
(Send)
Online IP registration is unsuccessful
Tel 1 and 2 Tel 2 fails to flash during startup, startup
telephony configuration has failed.
Note: For Tel 1 and 2, if the LED is not lit and the telephone line is properly connected, the line has not been setup
for service by the telephone service provider. Contact your provider.

standby mode. Press the Standby button
The receive channel is lost
The send channel is lost
The IP registration is lost
Connected during a phone call and does not blink,
telephone connection is lost.
