Adjust the head restraint to the downmost position. (→P. 148)

Widen the gap between the seat cushion and seatback slightly.

Rear left seat only: Slide the
rear center seat belt to the side
to prevent
pinched in the lower anchor-
age.

Latch the hooks of the lower
straps
anchors. If the child restraint
has a top tether strap, the top
tether strap should be latched
onto the top tether strap anchor.
