Combustion-Air Intake Pipe - Webasto Thermo Top C Installation Instructions Manual

Thermo Top C
- Angle down perforated bracket (4) by 45° at center
- Fasten water pump (1) on existing hole on engine
support with M6x85 bolt, rubber-coated p-clamp (4),
15 mm spacer nut (5), perforated bracket (4), A7.4
washer and flanged nut
- Drill out hole to 7 mm dia. if necessary
- Connect water pump wire with extension (3) to
same color

Combustion-Air Intake Pipe

Note:
Ensure proper installation position of combustion-air
intake muffler, see "Installation Instructions"!
- Mount combustion-air intake pipe (1) with slotted
side on heater unit combustion-air connection piece
and secure with hose clamp
- Route combustion-air intake pipe as shown
- Fasten mecanyl fuel line (2) on heater unit with hose
section and hose clamps
- Screw combustion-air intake muffler (1) as far as
possible into combustion-air intake pipe (2)
- Fasten combustion-air
combustion-air intake pipe with cable ties
