Problem
Suggested Troubleshooting
1. Check that the A C/DC power adapter is properly
connected.
2. Verify the A C power source is functioning.
3. Power button is destroyed or not?
1. I f the Power Status LED is blinking, the X-Series may
be in SLEEP mode. Press the power button to see if
the image reappears.
2. I nternal cable loss or electrical part damage.
1. C onfirm the product with OS configuration.
2. S ystem unit powered on or not?
3. H ard Driver damage.
1. D o the touch calibration by Elo application.
2. C onfirm the touch device work normally in OS.
1. C onfirm the touch screen is not broken.
2. C heck the touch screen trail connects to touch CTR
board well.
3. C heck the touch CTR cable connection well.
