Tips
• When the DVD function is selected when you load a
DVD, the disc playbacks automatically.
• You can change the play mode between 1DISC, ALL
DISCS and ALBM using the on-screen display as
follows:

Notes
• If DVD playback is paused for approximately one
hour, the system automatically turns off.
• Depending on the DVD or Video CD, some
operations may be restricted.
• 2 channel sound is heard when using headphones.
• An album that does not include any MP3 audio tracks
or JPEG image files is skipped.
• Maximum album number: 99
• The maximum number of MP3 audio tracks or JPEG
image files that can be contained on a single album is
250.
• Playback is possible up to 8 levels.
• If you attach the ".MP3" extension to data not saved
in MP3 format, the system is unable to recognize the
data and generates a loud noise which could damage
your speaker system.
• When playing the data disc (CD-ROM/CD-R/CD-
RW) contained MP3 audio tracks and JPEG image
files, select "CUSTOM SETUP" from the setup
items, then set "DATA CD PRIORITY" (page 24).
• The following discs take a longer time to start
playback:
– A disc recorded with complicated tree structure
– A disc recorded in Multi Session
– A disc to which data can be added (non-finalized
disc)
