SERVICE SCHEDULE
Change the air filter. Clean the air filter box.
Check that the throttle cables are undamaged, routed without sharp bends, and set correctly.
Grease all moving parts (e.g. side stand, hand lever, chain, ...) and check for smooth operation.
Check all hoses (e.g. fuel, cooling, bleeder, drainage, etc.) and bellows for cracking, leaks, and correct routing.
Check the cables for damage and routing without sharp bends.
Change the spark plugs.
Check the valve clearance.
Change the front brake fluid.
Change the rear brake fluid.
Check the swingarm bearing.
Check the wheel bearing for play.
Check the steering head bearing play.
Check the screws and nuts for tightness.
Check the headlight setting. (
Final check: Check the vehicle for roadworthiness and take a test ride.
Read out the fault memory using the KTM diagnostics tool after a test ride.
Reset the service interval display.
Make the service entry in the KTM Dealer.net and in the Service and Warranty Booklet.
