    MAINTENANCE..Continued FILL TOOL WITH HYDRAULIC OIL 1. Unscrew hydraulic cylinder from air cylinder Low Oil (see Figure 4). Warning Cylinder 2. No. 21061) through opening in packing gland until oil level reaches top of gland.
