SOLUTION
• Make sure you have installed four fully
charged AA batteries (not included)
following the polarity guide in the
battery compartment. (See
INSTALLATION beginning on
page 2 of this User's Manual
for details.)

• Make sure you are pressing the
correct sequence of buttons
for storing numbers.
SOLUTION
• When four fully charged AA
batteries are properly installed,
this phone retains numbers stored
in memory for about three hours if
the line cord is disconnected. (See
INSTALLATION beginning on page
2 of this User's Manual for battery
installation details.)
• When there are no batteries installed,
this phone retains numbers stored in
memory only when the line cord
is connected.
