R oyal C onsumer I nformation Products, I nc. (" R oyal" ) at 379 C ampus D rive, 2nd Floor,

in Somerset, N J 08875 U SA warrants that your N E W R oyal E lectronic C ash R egister or

T ime C lock (" Product" ) is free of defects of workmanship and materials. I f there is a

defect or malfunction of this Product, R oyal will repair the Product free of charge as

follows:

PA R T S: N ew or comparable rebuilt parts in exchange for defective parts for O N E Y E A R

from the date of purchase.

L A B O R : A ll labor charges incurred from a R oyal A uthorized Service C enter or the R oyal

C orporate Service C enter are covered for 90 D AY S from the date of purchase. A fter 90

days there will be a labor charge for repair of the Product and/or assemblies such as the

keyboard, display(s), logic board, power supply and printer(s) at the R oyal C orporate

Service C enter's or the R oyal A uthorized Service C enter's then prevailing rates. T he

Product must be brought to a R oyal A uthorized Service C enter nearest to your location;

or the Product must be shipped postage prepaid, insured and via a traceable shipping

method to a R oyal A uthorized Service C enter or to the R oyal C orporate Service C enter.

R oyal will pay return postage from the R oyal C orporate Service C enter during the labor

warranty period only.

T his warranty does not apply to persons who purchased this Product second hand or

used.

T his warranty does not include the replacement of ink rolls, ribbons, time cards, paper

rolls or any other consumable or supplies used in the cash register or time clock and

consumed through the normal use of the Product.

T his warranty does not include cleaning, adjustments, parts, or repairs required by

circumstances beyond the control of R oyal, including, but not limited to, fire or other

casualty, accident, neglect, abuse, abnormal use, misuse or battery leakage damages.

limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
