Comment
Completely trouble-free operation cannot always be
guaranteed with the technology available today that
allows free use of the frequency band. Consequently,
each installation should be tested individually.
Troubleshooting/resetting
Typically, a floor heating system from LK is ex-
tremely reliable. However, as with any other
equipment, problems may arise that make it nec-
essary to troubleshoot or reset all or part of the
system.
Basic troubleshooting for the Room Thermostat
If a fault occurs in the room thermostat, the room
thermostat display shows Err while an error code
is displayed. The meaning and possible measures
are read from the error codes table.
If the display is "blank", the batteries/power
supply must be checked.

Resetting individual room thermostats
If necessary, a single room thermostat is deleted
from its receiver. Other room thermostats in the
system remain unaffected. After deletion, all in-
formation about the individual room thermostat
is removed from the receiver, and it is possible for
a new thermostat to learn on the deleted channel.
Follow the instructions below for resetting indi-
vidual room thermostats:
1. Simultaneously press the left/right arrows
until the display shows DEFA.
2. Confirm the reset by pressing the SET
button once. If the display then shows Wait
you need to wait a few seconds until Wait
disappears.
3. After completing the reset, the room ther-
mostat shows RUR (room unit radio) or
RUW (room unit wired) and can now be
re-programmed.
