Import Notes for Account Privilege Definition
Users with the Administrator account have full privileges, so the checkboxes under the
Administrator access level will always be grayed out. The Administrator can grant privileges
to both the Manager and Operator while the Manager and Operator can also give certain
privileges to the same or lower level accounts based on the following rules.
Account Viewing: Only the Administrator can view all the user accounts. The Manager

account can view both Manager and Operator accounts. The Operator account can only
view the Operator accounts.
Camera Access: Only the Administrator can set up Camera Access right to all the user

accounts. The Manager account can only set up Camera Access right (cameras enabled by
the Administrator account) to Manager and Operator accounts. The Operator account
can only set up Camera Access right (cameras enabled by the Administrator or Manager
account) to Operator accounts.
Change Password: Only the Administrator can change password to all the user accounts.

The Manager account can only change the password to Manager and Operator accounts
(if its "Change Own Password" user right has been enabled by the Administrator account).
The Operator account can only change the password to Operator accounts (if its "Change
Own Password" user right has been enabled by the Administrator or Manager account).
Edit User Rights: Only the Administrator can edit user rights to all the user accounts. The

Manager account can only edit user rights to Operator accounts. The Operator account
cannot edit user rights to any accounts.
