1. Insert the included CD into your computer. Click
the "PC Software" button and follow the on screen
instructions to install

2. Attach the USB PC Link to your computer then place
the watch and chest strap within 15 ft. of the PC
3. When complete, open the "Wireless Data Manager"
program and follow the on screen instructions to
pair the watch and chest strap to the PC program.

Data sent from the chest strap:
real time heart rate average heart rate
minimum heart rate maximum heart rate
Data sent from the watch:
chrono logs
logbook logs
The watch must be in the PC Link Mode for the
computer to retrieve data:
* on the PC screen, click Watch,
* select the log you wish to download
* click download
