To display heart rate on the Tech4o Pulse watch, enter Exercise Mode by pressing MODE. The watch will automatically detect and display heart rate data, including beats per minute (BPM) and percentage of estimated maximum heart rate.

If the Tech4o Pulse Accelerator screen is not displaying anything, ensure the battery is not depleted. If the battery is dead, replace it. Also, check that Power Saving Mode is not activated.
