The Alarm and Start Time screen returns to the previous screen.

Set the earliest time you want to show when you open
the Event screen in the Day or Week view mode.

Set the Alarm preset time.
If you set the preset time to "5 minutes", for example, the
alarm sounds five minutes before the event.
This setting will be the default alarm setting on the New
Event screen.
