Deleting e-mail messages

Deleting an e-mail message
1.
Tap the desired tab.
2.
Move the focus to the e-mail message you want to delete.
3.
Tap .
4.
Tap the drop-down list button and then tap "This mail".
5.
Tap "Yes" to delete the message.
Note: Or on the Examine screen, tap
screen.
Deleting read e-mail messages
1.
Tap on the Inbox Index screen.
2.
Tap the drop-down list button and then tap "Read mails".
3.
Tap "Yes" to delete read messages.
Deleting selected e-mail messages
You can delete read and sent e-mail messages by selecting the Deletion checkbox.
(See page 102.) The checked e-mail messages will be displayed in gray on the
Inbox/Sent Index screen. You cannot check the Deletion checkbox to delete unread
or unsent e-mail messages.

Perform steps 1 through 3 in "Deleting an e-mail message" above.
2.
Tap the drop-down list button and then tap "Selected mails".
3.
Tap "Yes" to delete them.
Deleting the e-mail messages in the folder (Inbox folder,
Sent folder, etc.)
1.
Tap the Folders tab.
2.
If necessary, tap the Storage switch button to select the storage, and double-
tap the folder which includes messages you want to delete.
The Index screen for the selected folder will be displayed.
3.
Tap .
and then tap "Yes" on the confirmation
