TROUBLE SHOOTING

PROBLEM
No Power
Pad motor does not operate
Drive motor does not operate or
operates incorrectly(2550 Model).
Short run time.

CAUSE
Faulty main switch.
Faulty key switch, if equipped.
Faulty battery(s).
Loose battery cable.
Improper battery cable connection.
Tripped Main circuit breaker.
Charger is connected.
Emergency stop switch activated,
if equipped.
Faulty roll switch.
Tripped pad motor circuit breaker
Faulty contactor.
Faulty wiring.
Faulty pad drive motor.
Worn carbon brushes
Tilt safety switch is activated or faulty.
Parking brake is set, if equipped.
Faulty roll switch.
Faulty speed control board
or connection.
Faulty solenoid.
Faulty drive motor.
Faulty wiring.
Worn carbon brushes.
Faulty potentiometer or speed control
board.
Loose wire connection.
Low battery charge.
Defective battery cell(s).
Batteries need maintenance.
Faulty battery charger.
