Problem
The laundry is not
spun satisfactorily.
The machine is not
steady during a spin
cycle.
In spite of adequate
water pressure, the
water flows into the
machine too slowly.
Large amounts of
detergent residue
remain in the
detergent dispenser
drawer.
Fabric conditioner is
not completely
dispensed or too
much water remains
in the
compartment.

Possible cause
The spin speed selected
was too low.
The machine was not
able to distribute the
laundry load evenly.
Laundry was spun at a
reduced spin speed to
protect the machine.
The fluff filter is clogged.
The machine feet are not
level.
The filter in the water inlet
hose is dirty
The water pressure is too
low.
Powder detergent used in
conjunction with water
softeners tends to
become sticky.
The detergent dispenser
drawer was opened or
was not pushed right in
whilst conditioner was
being flushed in.
The siphon tube is not
correctly positioned, or is
clogged up.
Remedy
Select a higher spin speed
for the next wash
programme.
Always mix large and small
items in a load to avoid
imbalance.
Clean the fluff filter.
Level the machine (see
"Installation").
Clean the filter.
– Clean the filter in the water
inlet.
– Press the Water plus
button.
In future, add washing
powder into the dispenser
first, and then add the water
softener.
– Clean the siphon tube.
– Also clean the channel in
compartment p.
