Fault
Light on, but motor
does not work

Oil leakage
Shake of the body
Insufficient suction
The machine

The fan is blocked
The capacitor damaged
The motor jammed and
bearing damaged
A smell coming from the
motor
Beside the above mentioned, check the following:
Light damaged
Power cord loose
One way valve and the air
ventilation entrance are
not tightly sealed
Leakage from the
connection of U-shaped
section and cover
The fan is damaged and
causes shaking
The motor is not tightly
mounted
The body is not tightly
hung on wall
The distance between the
body and the gas top too
long
Too much ventilation or
breeze from open doors or
windows
The fixing screw not tight
enough
The hanging screw not
tight enough
Solution
Remove the source
of the blockage
Replace capacitor
Replace motor
Replace motor
Replace lights
Take to authorised
service centre.
Take down the one
way valve and seal
with silicon rubber.
Take U-shaped section
down and seal with
silicon or paint
Replace the fan
Lock the motor mounts
tightly
Fix the body tightly
Readjust the distance
Choose a better
location and re-
assemble the machine
Tighten the hanging
screw and make it
horizontal
Tighten the hanging
screw and make it
horizontal
