-The responsibility of Easyteck is always limited to the purchase value of the product and the
consumer is always responsible for keeping a copy of the personal data and software stored

-For faults which, for the reasons listed above, are not attributable to the terms of this war-
ranty the consumer who does not want to have the repair carried out, will be required to pay
the corresponding amount requested by the service center. Easyteck shall in no way be held
responsible for this request because it is not under warranty.

with the product, including remove and/or obliterate labels and/or the IMEI code of the

CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT
INFORMATION FOR USERS
pursuant to Article 13 of the Legislative Decree of 25 July 2005, No. 151 "Implementation
of Directives 2002/95/EC, Directive 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC on restricting the use of
hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and the disposal of waste"
The symbol of the crossed-out dustbin shown on the equipment or on the packaging indi-
cates that the product, at the end of its useful life, must be collected separately from other
waste. The recycling of this equipment at the end of life is organized and managed by the
manufacturer. The user who wishes to dispose of this equipment should contact the manufac-
turer and follow the system that it has adopted to allow for the separate collection of at end of
life. Appropriate separate collection in order to send old equipment for compatible recycling,
treatment and disposal helps to prevent potential negative effects on the environment and
on health and promotes the reuse and/or recycling of the materials of which the equipment is
composed.
