Email Alerts to SGI Global Services
A special profile, SupportProfile, is intended for customer support use and sends email alerts to
SGI Global Services. This feature is enabled by default.
To configure your email alerts, use the following path to the Email Alerts Setup screen, as shown
in
Figure
1-15:
