SIDE SHELF & SIDE BURNER ASSEMBLY PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW STEP BY STEP. TOOLS REQUIRED: (1) PHILIPS HEAD SCREWDRIVER – NOT PROVIDED STEP 1: The screws used to attach the Side Burner and Side shelves are already installed in the Shelves and in the Side panels, so you will need to remove them and then use them to secure the Shelves as shown in the figure below.

QUICK CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY STEP 2: Push the Quick Disconnect fitting mounted on the manifold through the access hole in the Right cart panel (See figure below). Connect the Quick Disconnect fitting to the side burner fitting – it is necessary to push the Slide Collar while inserting the Quick Disconnect to the side burner fitting and then release the Slide Collar.

SIDE SHELF HANDLE ASSEMBLY STEP 3: The screws used to attach the left side shelf handle are already screwed into the handle (see figure below). Remove the screws from the left side shelf handle, align the handle with the holes in the side shelf, and tighten up the screw.

ROTISSERIE KIT ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY STEP 5 The screws for the rotisserie motor bracket are already screwed into the rotisserie motor bracket. Remove the screws and assemble the rotisserie motor bracket as shown in the figure below. Assemble the rotisserie skewer as show in the figure below.
