GETTING TO KNOW YOUR PHONE

Phone Menu Options.

For quick access to the phone menu,
press the
Joystick
key.
Use the Joystick
,
,
or
through your different options, then
press the
Joystick
key to select the
one you want.
Line Status
Intercom
to move
IP Service
Initial Settings
Voice Mail
Phonebook
Shows what's happening on each line associated with your
handset.
Lets you make calls between handsets registered to the
same base station.
Network Settings
DHCP – turn DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol)
on or off to send information, such as IP addresses and
configuration of your phone, to a server.
IP Settings – displays the IP address, Subnet mask, Default
gateway & DNS (Domain Name System) entries.
Embedded Web – turn embedded Web on or off.
Call Features
Call Forward – sends your calls on to a specified number.
Do Not Disturb – forwards all callers straight to voicemail
when you need a few minutes without interruptions.
Block Anonymous – stops calls from people without a valid
caller ID.
Block Caller ID – stops your Caller ID from displaying when
you make calls.
Settings – lets you personalise and update the features of
your phone.
Repeater Mode - To help boost the signal range of your
wireless router.
Ringer Setup – Change the
Ringtone
and
Interrupt Tone
Set Date & Time - Note: the time and date shown on the
display is set by the Cloud Voice Service.
Caller Barred – Make a list of any numbers that you want
to exclude from your contacts.
LCD Contrast – Change the contrast of the screen.
Keytones – Decide whether or not you want to hear a
sound when you press your keys.
New Message Alert – Choose whether or not to be told
when you have a new message.
Registration – For registering your handset to your base
unit (see above).
Base Unit PIN – To change your base unit PIN number from
the default PIN 0000.
Handset Name – Call each handset something different so
you know to whom and where it belongs.
Software Version – Shows the current software version of
the handset.
If you need to access the voice mail service, press *86.
Your contact directory is managed via the Cloud Voice
portal – please refer to the User Feature Guide for more
information.
You can also manage your
Contact Directory
handset – just select the Phonebook icon.
Ringer
Volume,
Handset
to the sounds you prefer.
