Why does the hot water boost sometimes not come on when the switch is on Dux Sun Pro 3F136S

The hot water boost may not activate on the Dux SunPro 2F136S if the electrical supply to the pump module is not continuous. Off Peak power must not be used for the boost to work. The system requires a continuous tariff connection to ensure the boost function is available, especially for heavy daytime users.
